Rodeo Entry Deadline
All entries are due Saturday by midnight before the rodeo date via the Equest Event Website. See video tutorials below for help setting up your profile or getting entered.
LATE ENTRIES WILL BE CHARGED A $30 LATE FEE.
LATE FEES ONLY ACCEPTED THROUGH MONDAY PRIOR TO RODEO.
Membership Deadline
A contestant can become a member at any time during the rodeo season by:
- completing the membership packet
-paying the membership fee
The membership packet and fee are due two weeks before the rodeo entry deadline.
This will allow the secretary time to review the packet and enter the contestant in the online entry system database so the contestant can enter the rodeo.
Rodeo Information
Non-members
NON-MEMBERS can enter up to 4 rodeos with non-member fee via the online entry system.
Each non-member will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate and a signed/notarized waiver to the Rodeo Secretary.

EACH contestant should be entered separately for EACH rodeo.

You will need to complete checkout for EACH contestant for EACH rodeo for contestant to be entered in Rodeo. (IE: if you have two contestants entering one rodeo, you will have two transactions)

You can use a debit or credit card for payment on the Equest Event Website.

An office fee of $25 will be applied to each entry for each contestant.

STALLS/RVS
Stalls are Mandatory if a contestant plans to stay over night.
There is a NO TIE-OUT RULE and NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS RULE per facility.
CALL-IN for STALLS/RVS:
Stall and RV call-ins will be open in conjunction with rodeo entries and will close the Saturday prior to the respective rodeo (same as entry deadline.)
Stall and RV reservations must be paid in full by credit card for them to be reserved.
PLEASE COME TO STALL OFFICE BEFORE PARKING YOUR TRAILER. THIS WILL ELIMINATE ANY PARKING IN A RESERVED SPOT. IF YOU PARK IN A RESERVED SPOT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE.
If you do not reserve during the designated time, remaining Stalls and RVs are first come first serve.
The stall office will open at 6pm and close at 10pm the Friday of the Rodeo weekend.
Stalls are $25 per horse per night (must buy 1 bag of shavings)
Shavings are $10 per bag.
RVs are $35 per night.
